Toxic Mold

The incidence of toxic mold exposure has significantly increased, as a result of a variety of factors, including defective construction, lack of regular maintenance, shoddy and inappropriate building materials and lack of government regulation and involvement. At present, there is no federal law that specifically addresses the issue of toxic mold exposure. The three crucial phases of a toxic mold claim are: (1) water intrusion; (2) mold and fungus growth; and (3) health problems.
