Prior to coming to Smith Abbot, L.L.P. Ms. Gabrielli held the position of Claims Counsel for two nationally ranked insurance companies. Ms. Gabrielli's insurance experience specifically focused on toxic torts, pollution identification and remediation, and product liability. At Smith Abbot, Ms. Gabrielli's practice includes complex mass toxic tort litigation, asbestos litigation and general commercial litigation, insurance coverage litigation, and environmental toxic torts.
